ORDER RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION
Order return & refund
If you wish to return a product, please contact us directly through email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Items must be unworn, and tags must be attached for return. The tags must absolutely be on the item when it is returned. Items without the tag attached in the original spot will not be accepted or will be sent back at your cost.
The amount charged for your order will be wholly refunded upon receipt of the returned item(s) by refund voucher available 6 months. Please note that this refund voucher does not include shipping costs.
Our products might be returned by post, and we recommend that your parcel is insured or registered, as we cannot take responsibility for items that do not reach us.
Please ensure you keep a record of the registration or insurance until you are satisfied that we have received the goods.
The customer is responsible for all postage charges incurred to return the goods to us.

Postage options – Hong Kong
We offer free delivery to Hong Kong for orders over HK$ 1,000.
Postage options – Overseas
We use Hong Kong Post’s SpeedPost service for all overseas shipments, which guarantees a delivery within 2-6 working days.
All packages will be sent through registered mail, and the tracking number will be emailed to you upon confirmation of shipment departure
We normally process your order within 1-3 business days of receiving it. Delivery time may then take between 2-6 days, depending on your location.
As soon as your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking number.
